Quality Assurance in Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) remains underdeveloped due to limited staffing, gaps in reviewer expertise, and the absence of effective tools to support meaningful oversight.


Traditional case reviews in VR aren’t working: results rarely translate into action, the process is more complex than programs need, and staff spend too much time creating review tools and analyzing data that ultimately fail to drive meaningful or lasting improvement.

CRS Pricing

Pricing Structure

CRS pricing is based on annual case volume (i.e., Case Service Report RSA-911 rows). 


Pricing tiers are determined during intake and the contract negotiation period. For pricing purposes, a case is defined as an individual with a disability who has accessed VR services during the applicable period.

Small Agency

 <25,000 RSA-911 Case Rows 

Medium Agency

 25,000–50,000 RSA-911 Case Rows 

Large Agency

 >50,000 RSA-911 Case Rows
