Quality Assurance in Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) remains underdeveloped due to limited staffing, gaps in reviewer expertise, and the absence of effective tools to support meaningful oversight.
Traditional case reviews in VR aren’t working: results rarely translate into action, the process is more complex than programs need, and staff spend too much time creating review tools and analyzing data that ultimately fail to drive meaningful or lasting improvement.
CRS is designed to enhance efficiency, archive historical results, enable comparisons with past reviews, and facilitate the development of case review instruments tailored for VR's unique needs.

CRS supports clear, consistent case reviews and accurate data validation that strengthen program quality and accountability. CRS helps drive meaningful improvement, informed decisions, and lasting impact across the VR program.

Pricing tiers are determined during intake and the contract negotiation period. For pricing purposes, a case is defined as an individual with a disability who has accessed VR services during the applicable period.
