About Us

Rachel and Brittny followed remarkably similar paths—working in criminal justice and disability services, earning graduate degrees, building careers in vocational rehabilitation (VR), and developing what some might call an unhealthy appreciation for policy, quality assurance, data, and solving complex problems.

Over a comforting cup of coffee, we discovered we shared more than similar résumés. We loved digging into data, debating regulations, designing practical solutions, researching statutes, and asking the same question: 

"There has to be a better way to do this."

Before long, those coffee (or, more accurately, wine) conversations evolved into brainstorming sessions, whiteboards full of ideas, and eventually Anderson-MacIver Solutions (AMS).
